Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation at Kamari Beach Hotel (Potos, Thassos, Greece), you agree to the terms and conditions below.

General Information

·        Check-in: from 15:00

·        Check-out: until 11:00

·        Minimum age to book: 18 years

·        A valid phone number and full address must be provided at the time of booking.

·        Government-issued identification is required for check-in.

What’s Included

·        Room rates are per room, per night.

·        Breakfast is included for the confirmed number of guests, unless otherwise stated.

·        Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all public areas.

·        Guests have access to hotel facilities such as the pool, sunbeds and parking, subject to availability.

Children & Extra Beds

·        Children of all ages are welcome.

·        Age categories: Infant (0–2 years), Child (2–11.99 years), Adult (12+ years).

·        Infants (0–2 years) may stay free of charge using existing beds or a baby cot.

·        Children (2–11.99 years) may stay free of charge when sharing existing beds, provided the maximum occupancy of the selected room type is not exceeded.

·        Baby cots are offered free of charge, subject to availability and advance request.

·        The published maximum occupancy per room type must always be respected.

Pets

·        Pets are allowed upon request.

·        No extra charges apply, but acceptance is subject to prior confirmation by the hotel.

Payment Methods

·        We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and Maestro.

·        A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

·        The hotel may pre-authorise or charge the credit card in accordance with the selected rate plan and payment conditions.

Smoking Policy

·        Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guestrooms, corridors, reception, restaurant, bar and any other interior spaces.

·        Guests who violate the non-smoking policy will be charged a cleaning and penalty fee of 200 EUR per incident, which will be debited from the registered credit card or added to the final bill.

·        The hotel reserves the right to ask guests who repeatedly violate this rule to leave the property without refund.

Damage & Behaviour

·        Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the hotel property (rooms, furniture, equipment, or common areas).

·        The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for repairs, replacements, or special cleaning, if required.

·        Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. The hotel may refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in case of serious misconduct or disturbance.

Liability

·        Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft or damage of individual items, except where required by law or in cases of proven negligence by the hotel.

·        A safe (in-room or at reception, depending on room type) is available for valuables; guests are encouraged to use it.

Force Majeure

·        The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures).

·        In such cases, reservations may be modified or cancelled in line with applicable legislation and the hotel policy in force at that time.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the rate plan you have chosen, one of the following cancellation policies applies to your reservation:

Non-Refundable Rate – Cancellation Policy

·        This is a discounted rate with strict cancellation terms.

·        If the reservation is cancelled at any time, or if the guest does not show up or leaves earlier than planned, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

·        Full prepayment may be collected at the time of booking.

Flexible – 14 Days Rate – Cancellation Policy

·        The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

·        If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

·        The hotel may pre-authorise or charge the full amount of the reservation after the free-cancellation period has ended.

Early Booking (EBD) Rate – Cancellation Policy

·        The Early Booking rate offers a discounted price for reservations made in advance and is subject to strict cancellation terms.

·        If the reservation is cancelled at any time, or if there is a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

·        Full prepayment may be collected at the time of booking or shortly after booking, according to the hotel’s payment schedule for this rate plan.
