Where is Kamari Beach Hotel located?
We are located right on the sandy beach in Potos, Thassos (Greece). The village centre, shops, bars and tavernas are all within easy walking distance.
How far is the hotel from the sea?
Just a few steps — the rooms and public areas are very close to the beachfront, so it’s easy to go back and forth during the day.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
Is there a minimum age to book a room?
Yes. The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years.
Do you require ID at check-in?
Yes. A government-issued ID is required at check-in for all reservations.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property. If needed, the hotel may charge the credit card for repairs, replacements or special cleaning.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days, no‑show, or leave early, 100% of the total reservation value is charged. We may pre‑authorise or charge the full amount after the free‑cancellation period ends.
What does the Early Booking (EBD) rate mean?
It’s a discounted advance-purchase rate with strict terms: if you cancel at any time, no‑show, or leave early, 100% of the total reservation value is charged. Full prepayment may be collected at booking or shortly after, according to the rate plan’s schedule.
What happens in case of force majeure (extreme events)?
If events beyond our reasonable control affect the stay (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures), reservations may be modified or cancelled in line with applicable legislation and the hotel policy in force at that time.
